One Idea.
One Dream.

We saw a gap in the market.

There was no commercial basketball competition in Australia truly pushing young players to perform at their best — to compete, improve and experience the excitement of high-level basketball.

So we created 1 Dream.

Our vision is bigger than just running competitions. We want to help grow the sport, strengthen Australian basketball culture and create opportunities for the next generation of players.

We want to build with local clubs, not compete against them.

By working together, supporting grassroots basketball and giving back to the clubs and communities that make the sport possible, we can create something that benefits everyone.

Team Size

  • 5 players per team

Game Format

  • 5-on-5

Court:

  • Full court

Substitutions

  • Rolling substitutions permitted
  • 1,2 or 3 Permited, team can decide the number of substitutions they want to allocate

Players on Court

  • 5 players at a time

Squad

  • Up to 9 players
  • Allowing teams to rotate and manage player fatigue throughout the tournament

3 Points showdown

  • Up to 1 players per team can register
  • 60 seconds to shoot from 5 designated spots around the 3-point line
  • 1 point per standard shot, 2 points for the Money Ball
  • Highest score wins; tie-breakers decided by sudden death
